Dipping Sonar Sea Power

See Dipping Sonar Naval Warfare PMC Tactical.

Activate/enable/deploy dipping sonar from a low hovering helicopter (helo cannot move) by going to GUI bottom right corner and choosing EMCON -> Dipping Sonar (LF) -> Deploy. Also you can choose whether its above Thermal Layer or below it. Using passive listening or active pinging mode options are available as well. See below example dipping sonar control image.

Dipping sonar along with Sonobuoys are a deadly threat to any submariner, you don't want to be on the receiving end of an overhead active pinging dipping sonar, the next thing you might hear is spash from torpedo dropped right on top of you.
